Abstract:
In recent year approaches dual-level converters in a wave power conversion point of view and covers the calculation and implementation of a pulse width modulation system using a modulation strategy that uses a space vector as a reference in order to achieve a desired dual-level waveform (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation). The system is specially adapted for three-phase systems that requires high-power and high-voltage and is therefore suitable for all types of renewable energy sources Dual phase inverter configuration for an electric vehicle drive feeding a dual -phase permanent magnet synchronous machine. Employing specific interleaving angles with SVPWM and DPWM modulation techniques, the input capacitor ripple current has been substantially reduced to 50-60 % compared to that of a conventional 2-level VSI.
